SANDTON – Community members share their energy savvy tips to keep warm this winter.

With the winter season underway, we usually use more energy than usual to keep warm. The Sandton Chronicle asked the community how they stay warm without using too much electricity.

Here’s what they had to say…

NTSIKI MAFANYA: Besides wearing many clothes, I stay in bed or snuggle on the couch with a blanket instead of using a heater. Photo: Itumeleng Komana
JOSHUA BENNIKEN: I always layer up on clothes during the cold days, plus layering up is on-trend this fashion season. So I am on-trend, whilst keeping warm and saving electricity. Photo: Itumeleng Komana
