Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan is under a lot of pressure today to deliver one of the most important budget speeches since he has been re-instated. With the worst drought to hit South Africa in more than a century, slow economic growth, the plummeting rand and commodity prices plunging, Gordhan faces a very tough challenge ahead.
