Touch rugby players go provincial

HYDE PARK - Four Hyde Park High School pupils made the school proud after they were recently selected to represent Gauteng in touch rugby.

The pupils received their formal colours in July after being called to play for the provincial touch rugby teams.

Kiata van der Merwe was selected to play for U19, Tiffany van Niekerk and Joshua Boucher were both selected for the U17 team, and Daniel Boucher was selected for U15.

The four were acknowledged at the formal Colours and Achievements assembly held at the school recently.
