SAPS calls for R3.3 billion cash injection over the next 4 years

The South African Police Service wants a cash injection of more than R3.3 billion over the next four years. It wants to beef up it's Public Order Policing capacity. This comes as the unit battles public protests - some of which have turned violent in recent times.
