CITY NEWS – City Launches First Opportunity Centre (OPC)

The Executive Mayor of the City of Joburg, Herman Mashaba and MMC for Economic Development, Leah Knott, officially opened the 88 Marshall Street Opportunity Centre (OPC), the very first of the fourteen planned to be launched over a number years and completed by the end of the 2020/2021 financial year.
