If it’s a magical sensory experience you’re seeking for eating out, (from the food to the decor to the vibe), then this is the ultimate spot!
Whether it’s a quick brekkie in the heart of the trendy Sandton CBD or a magical feast beneath century-old trees, Olives & Plates is the place to be.
Every once in a while you deserve to step out of the office and treat yourself to a seriously great brekkie or lunch (not to mention that this spot is great for quick business meetings, too). In fact it’s a ‘must’ when you need to impress – where better than in the heart of the sprawling urban jungle?
Olives & Plates’ Sandton restaurant it’s urban and oh-so-trendy. Not only does this space cater effortlessly for impressive meetings, it’s also a super-hot date night spot (yes, Olives & Plates does dinner here too… yay!).
The creations that stream out of the kitchen are not only absolutely mouth-watering, they’re beautifully  plated too (seriously photo-worthy).
For breakfast we highly recommend the bacon and mushroom Benedict with truffle oil (… because, well, truffle oil!) and for a hearty lunch or dinner we suggest opting for the Parmesan panko-crusted chicken fillet or the fillet steak tagliata.

If you’re looking for an escape from city life on weekends without having to leave the city (aren’t we all?) then book a spot at Olive & Plates’  Wits restaurant. There you’ll dine in the revived old Dutch-style building that was the former Wits clubhouse, or sit beneath the massive trees that shelter the patios outside … a truly magical dining experience.
And the best news?
Olives & Plates is opening a third restaurant (watch this space). All we’re saying is that it has a massive deck and pool with gorgeous views of Sandton! A pool, afternoon sunshine, cocktails and gourmet food … you can certainly count us in!
