Harley owners mass ride to raise funds
SANDTON – About 2 500 Harley Davidson owners will take part in a mass ride on 19 November to raise funds for animals.
The northern suburbs of Johannesburg including Morningside will rumble with the sound of 2 500 Harley Davidson bike owners for a charity event.
The Rocking Paws Mass Ride will take place on 19 November and the memorable ride will take riders from Morningside to Gold Reef City Casino.
The event is aimed at raising funds for non-profit organisation, 50 Shades of Spay.
All contributions will go towards sterilising animals.
Bikers, biking enthusiasts, non-bikers and animal lovers alike can look forward to participating in a fun-filled day of entertainment, music, good food and the auctioning of prizes to raise funds for this good cause.
The ride will start from 8.30am at the Johannesburg Harley Davidson Branch, 167 Rivonia Road in Morningside.
Attendees are encouraged to bring any pre-owned or new items such as animal collars, leashes, beds, blankets, toys and dog food to the event, which will then be donated to animal shelters in need.
