Enjoy classical music on the square
SANDTON - To celebrate the upcoming festive season, the Auto and General Theatre on the Square invites local residents to their lunch hour classical music performance on 27 November.
Theatre manager, Daphne Kuhn said, “The theatre is delighted to continue to present and produce lunch hour concerts on Fridays for the 8th year. This uplifting classical music programme is for all to enjoy, with leading local and international musicians.”
This week’s performance will host Zanta Hoffmeyr on the violin with pianist Jannie le Roux playing three Beethoven Sonatas.
The performance will take place at the theatre at 1pm with tickets going on sale at 12.30am on the day.
The tickets will cost R40 and includes coffee and biscuits.
