Bachelor rocks for a reason
SANDTON - SA Bachelor of the Year finalist, Guy Saben will be rocking for a reason at the Hard Rock Cafe in Sandton on 29 September.

Saben is hosting his first annual Rock for a Reason Gala Dinner in support of Cansa. As a finalist in the SA Bachelor of the Year competition Saben was tasked with creating a sustainable charity initiative and he decided to combine his passion for music with his interest in cancer awareness for his gala dinner.
The highlight of the evening is a talk and performance by special guest Cindy Alter. Not only was Alter a member of rock band, Clout, who had a global number one hit with Substitute and sold 12 million albums worldwide, but she beat cancer and has been clear of leukaemia for 11 years. Alter continues to actively perform on the live gig scene and has released her new single Thrive.
Her autobiography, aptly entitled No Substitute, is scheduled for release in November. The event will take place at 6:30pm on 29 September at Hard Rock Cafe in Nelson Mandela Square, Sandton.
