Redhill School Grade 7 netball team on a roll
Sandton – Redhill's Grade 7 netball team takes home the trophies.
Redhill School had the privilege to compete in the annual St Andrews netball festival, where the school’s Grade 7 team placed first in the trophy cup section.
Redhill player, Teagan Volkwyn was selected for the all-star team which consists of the top seven players of the tournament of 180 players.
The team also won the Montrose Night Challenge and were undefeated throughout the tournament.
“Being on the Redhill netball team has been one of the greatest experiences of primary school,” said Ella Tunbridge, a member of the team. “We have had good times and some hard losses but have bonded as a group of girls. For us, our greatest accomplishment has been winning the Montrose Night Series in Grade 7.”
