Bryanston High’s warriors finish the race
BRYANSTON - Bryanston High School impressed at the Jeep Warrior Race when four of their pupils and teacher David Hallendorff competed at Rosemary Hill on 29 March.
 
						Spokesperson for Bryanston High School Liz Edwards said, “Two boys did the Rookie race and two other pupils and their teacher did the Commando race. All the pupils were competing for the first time and had immense fun on this tough, muddy and very challenging course.”
Bryanston High’s 15-year-old Gareth Edwards finished first in the Commando solo category in a time of 01:07:00, and came third overall with his team members. Grade 9 pupil Tristan Hayman finished 12th overall in the Rookie challenge and 7th in the solo category.
Edwards added, “The boys and staff are enthusiastically awaiting the next Warrior challenge to be held on 2 and 3 May.”
