I recently purchased a carpet from Oriental Carpets in Woodmead. I was indecisive about my choice, however, a gentleman named Mohammed came to the rescue and went over and above my expectations of assisting and ensuring that I was making the right choice. I have not experienced such excellent service for a long time. Furthermore, after purchasing the carpet, I discovered the size was inappropriate for my needs. Without further ado, Mohammed exchanged and refunded me the amount for a smaller carpet.
I wish to publicly thank Mohammed and Joseph for ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction. I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate in doing business with them again.
