Motorists warned of 12th Avenue bridge closure

BRYANSTON – Motorists urged to find alternative routes as the 12th Avenue bridge has been closed.

Motorists are encouraged to find an alternative route as the 12th Avenue bridge, between Devonshire and Gemsbok roads, will be closed from 6:30pm tonight [12 March].

According to Ward 106 councillor Christopher Santana, the bridge has been closed by the Johannesburg Roads Agency for safety reasons.

“No estimated time of arrival of repairs [has] been given,” he noted.
