Big bright Sensodyne tooth shines in town

Bryanston residents can see a giant tooth crop up on the corner of Sloane Street and Main Road in Bryanston.

This is the tooth’s final Gauteng pitstop during its bright, whitening campaign to promote the new and improved Sensodyne Gentle Whitening toothpaste.

Sensodyne Gentle Whitening is another expression of Sensodyne’s continued commitment to science through rigorous research and development.

The variant has an improved formulation for gentle whitening, especially with sensitive teeth in mind.

Various food products can stain teeth.

These include drinks we consume every day like tea,

coffee and wine.

People with sensitive teeth carry the additional burden of worrying about sensitivity on top of the general worry with the whitening of teeth. Fortunately, Sensodyne Gentle Whitening resolves both these problems.

Locals can win one of 25 R2 000 cash prizes by following @Sensodyne_SA and tweeting

#SensodyneGentleWhitening. The more hashtagged tweets people send, the brighter and whiter the big tooth will become.

Sensodyne spokesperson and oral health marketing manager Refilwe Ralefeta said, “The entire campaign has been designed to mirror the way the product works; gentle and effective.

“We are pushing boundaries in the way we engage on oral health care. We wanted a fun, engaging,

informative and rewarding campaign with customers in mind.”

Ralefeta added that the campaign is about immersing the Sensodyne

brand where people are and opening up routes of engagement around dental care.

“There is an incredible amount of valuable content on dental care, especially for people with dentine hypersensitivity, from debunking myths around teeth whitening, to giving advice on managing both sentitive teeth and the need for whitening.

“We want people to take a break and engage with our brand, learn about dental care and engage each other in their communities.”

The company also suggests that the public make use of their online engagement tool to help check the level

of your teeth sensitivity: www.sensodyne.co.za/Online- Check-up/sensodyne-ocu-tool

The tooth is set to spend two weeks in Bryanston after travelling to various locations across South Africa through this campaign to bring bright, white smiles to communities.

The competition will run until 21 December.
