Traffic is heavily backed-up following an accident involving a taxi and two other cars which left 11 people injured at the corner of Grayston Drive and 5th Avenue.
The accident happened around 9am when a taxi collided with a car, which in turn collided with another vehicle.
This according to Jurgen Kotzé, spokesperson for Emer-G-Med who said, “Eleven patients were transported by Emer-G-Med and two required advanced life support intervention.”
Kotzé said all the patients were transported to different hospitals for further treatment.
