Turning arrow improves road safety at Bram Fischer Drive and Peter Place

BRYANSTON – Johannesburg Roads Agency has installed a right turning arrow at the corner of Bram Fischer Drive and Peter Place (Homestead Avenue) to improve road safety.

The Johannesburg Roads Agency has installed a right turning arrow at the corner of Bram Fischer Drive and Peter Place (Homestead Avenue) in Bryanston following requests from residents.

Ward councillor David Potter said, “This intersection has seen some accidents due to the blind rise on Peter Place which affects the ability to judge distance and time to turn right out of Homestead Avenue into Bram Fischer in the direction of Randburg.”

Potter thanked the agency for their response to this request in the interest of road safety.
