Mothapo explained, “Officers observed the vehicle at the Morningside Centre and spotted the suspects’ vehicle moving out of the mall, following another vehicle. The [suspects’] vehicle had a fake registration number and several other number plates were found in the vehicle. It was linked to other cases such as a driveway robbery and house robbery.”
