Sandton Police Station made 33 successful arrests over the past week for various crimes.
The arrests were made for the following crimes:
- 11 arrested for possession of drugs
- 2 arrested for driving under the influence
- 2 arrested for negligent driving
- 6 arrested for theft
- 7 arrested for shoplifting
- 2 arrested for bilking
- 2 arrested for assault
- 1 arrested for corruption.
The suspects remain in police custody and will attend court hearings in the respective magistrates’ courts.
