Sandton City events
SANDTON – Sandton City will be hosting entertainment for the children with meet-and-greets with their favourite characters.
Sandton City’s Children Festive Wonderland will host a few children’s favourites such as Paw Patrol, Dora & Friends and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
These characters are the star attractions at the wonderland which takes place from 9 to 24 December and these favourite Nickelodeon characters come to Johannesburg for holiday entertainment for the entire family.
There will be four, free stage shows daily plus three meet-and-greet sessions with the characters. In addition, there will be a giant Lego area and entrance is free.

Paw Patrol favourites Ryder, Chase, Marshall, Sky and Rubble will be entertaining youngsters in a live stage show from December 9 to 13; Dora, Kate and Pablo of Dora & Friends are in town from December 14 to 18 and Donatello, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Rafael of TMNT will be in action from December 19 to 24.
The Children Festive Wonderland takes place in the Checkers Court area in Sandton City and shows will be at 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 6pm.
Santa will also be sitting in his sleigh posing for photographs with customers.
Sandton City will have two gift wrapping kiosks where shoppers can have their gifts wrapped at a small fee. All proceeds go to the Sandton SPCA.
