Councillor for Ward 104, Mike Wood, said providing this platform was a way to bridge the gap between residents and their elected leaders.
“We encourage residents to ask us questions as this will allow us to be more transparent on how issues are dealt with,” he said.
He added that councillors would do their best to resolve any issue and if they were unable to, the query would be forwarded to city council.
