This was confirmed by Lieutenant Colonel Andre de Klerk of Sandton police who said an official police case was opened with Sandton police regarding the stolen vehicle.
Allegedly two of the suspects were armed and drove a grey VW Polo hatchback.
The stolen vehicle’s registration number is WMS 580 GP.
The police encourage anyone with information on the stolen vehicle to come forward and report it at Sandton Police Station.
