Vodacom double debits accounts for December

JOBURG - Many Vodacom customers started the New Year with the suprise news that their accounts had been debited twice.

My Broadband  quoted Vodacom spokesperson, Tshepo Ramodibe as saying that a technical glitch caused many customers’ accounts to be debited twice.

Vodacom has apologised and stated that customers will be refunded by close of business day on Monday 4 January.
