Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, spokesperson for Sandton police said the suspect is known to the victim.
“She went to visit the suspect at his place in Sunninghill,” said Maphakela.
“They had three glasses of wine and while they were drinking the suspect grabbed the victim and pushed her into his bedroom.”
Maphakela said the suspect allegedly undressed the victim and raped her twice without using a condom.
The case is currently under investigation.
