Bramley police still searching for missing woman

SANDTON – Close to a year since she was reported missing, Bramley police are again appealing to members of the public to help them find Zanele Yvonne Nhlengetwa.

The 38-year-old woman, who was reported missing by her boyfriend, David Lederman, has been missing since September last year.

Warrant officer Moses Maphakela, spokesperson for Bramley police, explained that Nhlengetwa left her home at Summerfield Village, Sandton, saying she was going to a Sandton hotel.

“Lederman alleges that he initially contacted her while she was at the hotel as she picked up the phone, but it was only when he called her later on in the evening that he realised her phone was off,” he said.

Maphakela appealed to residents to assist the police in finding her and to come forward with any information regarding the case. Contact Constable Phillip Munyai of the Bramley police with any information relating to the incident.
