SOHO could scoop industry award, again
JOBURG - Being the best in the industry only comes with years of hard work, but a massive expansion doesn't hurt.
The professional beauty industry holds annual awards to acknowledge and celebrate the big players in the industry who continually excel in their field.
There are many companies that exist within the scope of the industry, which makes the competition and rivalry between them extremely fierce.
Professional beauty encompasses all treatments from nails to skin, and even includes institutions that conduct non-invasive medical procedures such as laser skin and weight-loss treatments.
SOHO salon, modeled after a luxury New York salon, is in the running again to win the award for best nail salon. This year marks the fourth consecutive year that the salon could scoop the title for exceptional nail care at a salon.
Businesswoman Getty Gizwa is the mastermind behind the SOHO franchise.
“I always say that it’s never about what you do, but how you do it that makes the SOHO difference,” she said.
“We aim to please and we aim to ensure our guests’ ultimate comfort. Our new design layout features equipment unlike any other and can’t be found anywhere else. We are confident that our existing clientele are going to be pleased with our expanded makeover and we look forward to welcoming new guests into our SOHO home.”
The salon was recently renovated and reopened its doors with more nail and beauty stations in order to service more customers at the highest quality.
This year, the awards will be held on 30 and 31 August at Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.
