SANDTON - As South Africans gear up to commemorate Mandela Day on 18 July, the Sandton Community Police Forum, together with Sandton police, are inviting residents to make a difference.
They are asking for donations of non-perishable goods, toiletries, blankets and clothing, which will be handed on to abused and abandoned children.
Residents interested in donating items are urged to drop them off at the Sandton Police Station in room 103, which will be open from Monday to Thursday between 9am and 2pm.
