Self-esteem workshops to take place in Wendywood

WENDYWOOD - As mental health illnesses are put in the spotlight this month, free workshops on self-esteem will be hosted in Wendywood to assist residents who grapple with such issues.

The workshops will be hosted by Anele Chonco, a neuro-linguistic programming (an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy) life coach, and will deal with helping people deal with issues such as overcoming lack of direction, dealing with low self-esteem, anxiety and depression.

The free workshops will run during the months of July and August, starting on 18 July, and will take place at the Wendywood Community Hall.

The workshops will begin at 12pm and will run until 2pm.
