Potjie and family fun at George Lea Park

PARKMORE - Non-profit organisation Rare Diseases South Africa and the Sandton Sports Club will host their annual potjie competition and family festival on 18 July.

 

 

With a craft beer garden, live music and a potjiekos cooking competition judged by members of the South African Chefs Association, residents from Sandton and surrounding areas are invited to enjoy all the fun at the fundraising event while gaining much-needed awareness and knowledge of various rare diseases.

The family festival is open to all members of the public at a cost of R10 per person.

The kids corner will be open to children between the age of 1 to 12 years and the ticket price is R10 per child.
