Marketing officer of the school, Nirvana Rogers, said the pupils were given the opportunity to make their own products a week before the event and sell them on the day. Rogers added that this business day was the school’s attempt to introduce young pupils to the rudiments of business while having a lot of fun.
She concluded, “One of the highlights was an invite to the Grade 0 pupils to bargain and trade with ‘Joe’, Joseph Gerassi, executive head of Redhill School. He enjoyed seeing our Grade 0 children learn through play.”
