The two, Megan Kinsley and Brenda Wesi, successfully completed the world-renowned marathon.
Winsley, a Grade 1 teacher, completed the marathon in just over eight hours and was the 45th woman to cross the finish line. She earned a coveted Bill Rowan medal for her effort.
Wesi, a Grade R assistant also managed an impressive time on her first attempt, finishing in just under 10 hours.
In support of their run, pupils and staff of the school donated bottles of peanut butter and jam to organisations that feed the needy.
