Police are on the hunt for Senzo Meyiwa’s murderers

BUCCLEUCH - It was reported that police have narrowed in on three suspects who they believe assassinated SA soccer player, Senzo Meyiwa in October last year.

According to The Citizen  the police are likely to make arrests soon.

The Bafana Bafana goalkeeper was gunned down seven months ago while he was visiting his girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo at her home in Vosloorus.

In October last year police offered a R250 000 reward to anyone with information on the incident.

Police arrested Zamokuhle Mbatha shortly after Meyiwa’s death, but had to release him as there was no evidence linking him to the murder. Mbatha is now suing the police for wrongful arrest.
