Books galore at Sandton Library
SANDTON - The Friends of Sandton Library will host their fourth grand book sale of this year at the Sandton Library at the Nelson Mandela Square on 8 May from 9am to 5pm and on 9 May from 9am to 1pm.
“As always, there will be a wide selection of books with sets of encyclopaedias,” said Keith Elliot from the Friends of Sandton Library. “A suggestion to our faithful book aficionados, if each visitor to our tables could bring one pre-owned book as a donation, it would help us tremendously.”
He said the organisation’s plea for donations is going well. “Already three boot loads of books are awaiting collection,” added Elliot.
