The Community Policing Forum’s Dawn Pyper said, “We are not able to hold Sector 3 and 4 annual general meetings together on the same night.”
The Sector 3 meeting will now take place at Fairways Primary School, corner Corlett Drive and Irene Road on 14 May at 6pm. Sector 3 includes the suburbs Sandown, Strathavon, Eastgate, Barlow Park, Atholl Gardens, Wierda Valley, Atholl, Glen Atholl, Atholhurst, Elton Hill, Winston Ridge and Birnam.
The details of the annual general meetings for sectors 1, 2 and 4 will remain as previously reported and below:
Sector 1, which includes suburbs Marlboro Gardens, Marlboro South and Wynberg, will be held at the Marlboro Community Centre, Zinnia Drive, Marlboro Gardens at 6pm on 29 April.
Sector 2, which includes the suburbs Bramley North, Bramley, Raumarais Park, Savoy Estate, Gresswold, Bramley Gardens, Kew Residential and Kew Industrial, will be held at the police house in Jeunesse Road behind Bramley Police Station at 6pm on 5 May.
Sector 4, which includes the suburbs Inanda, Chiselhurston, Illovo, Fairway, part of Hurlingham and Parkmore, Sandhurst, Hyde Park and Dunkeld West, will be held at the Saxon Hotel, 36 Saxon Road, Sandhurst at 6pm on 28 April.
