MORNINGSIDE - Former Bafana Bafana midfielder John ‘Shoes’ Moshoeu passed away at the Morningside Clinic on 21 April.
This according to reports that state that the 49-year-old soccer player passed away after a long battle with cancer.
He was a key member of the national team that won the 1996 Africa Cup of Nations, a crowd favourite and he was known for complementing other players.
