SPCA pets looking for loving homes

SANDTON - The Sandton SPCA are desperately seeking caring and loving forever homes for some adorable pets this week.

The organisation is appealing to community members to adopt a pet, but also advises that adoption will involve a home inspection by the organisation.

Additionally, members will have to pay for vaccination, de-worming and sterilisation of the animal, which are all compulsory.

The SPCA is looking for homes for the following furry friends:

  • Sylvia is a cute 10-year-old Maltese. The Sandton SPCA is in desperate need of a home for her.
  • Spok is a two-year-old terrier. He is described as very friendly and was found astray.
  • Dixie is a cross German Shepard/Collie. She is an energetic two-year-old who was found unwanted.
  • Gina is 9-month-old cross Husky. She was found astray by the Sandton SPCA and is looking for a lovely family to suit her lovely nature.
  • Joss is a ginger and white tabby domestic short haired cat in need of a caring family. She is a two-year-old who was found unwanted and loves cuddles.
  • Last but not least, Pebble is an affectionate ginger and white domestic medium haired cat. He is six months old and was found astray by the Sandton SPCA.
