Wendywood Primary dresses up for literacy

WENDYWOOD - Dressing up adorably as beloved fairytale and book characters, children at Wendywood Primary School took part in an exciting reading initiative at the school.

The initiative saw pupils and teachers dressing as either fairytale or book characters, all as a way to promote reading among pupils.

The pupils had to bring along the book from which these characters were chosen from. The foundation phase pupils dressing up as their favourite fairytale characters and the older pupils got the opportunity to dress up as their favourite book characters.
