SPCA needs loving homes for some of its cutest pets
SANDTON - Six of the Sandton SPCA's most adorable pets are in need of loving homes this week.
The organisation is appealing to community members to adopt a pet but also advises that adoption will involve a home inspection by the organisation.
Additionally, members will have to pay for vaccination, de-worming and sterilization of the animal, which are all compulsory. The SPCA is looking for homes for the following adorable pets:
- Dougie, a male cross-Maltese, aged three, is looking for a loving home and is described as very cute.
- Brownie is a male cross-Jack Russell, aged nine-months-old which is described as playful. Brownie was found unwanted by his previous owners.
- Jessica, described as gentle, is also looking for a loving home and is a female cross-breed, aged two, which was found as a stray.
- A Jack Russell named Dusty is also in need of a loving home. Dusty is female, one years old, found as a stray and is described as having a lovely temperament.
- Last, but just as important, two adorable cats are up for adoption, Jerry and Pinky.
- Jerry is a male ginger, domestic short-haired cat, aged three, while Pinky is a female ginger/tabby/white domestic short-haired cat, aged one. both were unwanted by their previous owners.
