Three suspects busted for stolen copper cables

BRAMLEY - The Bramley police busted three suspects found in possession of stolen copper cables in Marlboro.

Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, the spokesperson for the Bramley police said two police officers were patrolling the area when they saw a suspicious looking white Mazda Drifter. He said they searched the vehicle and found copper cables.

“The three suspects inside the car failed to explain where the copper cables were from and where they were going,” said Maphakela. He said they were detained at the Bramley Police Station.

The three suspects are expected to appear in court soon.
