Spokesperson for the Hawks, Brigadier Hangwani Malaudzi said the Hawks had been monitoring the suspect and attempted to purchase drugs from him in a planned operation.
Malaudzi added that the man was found in possession of cocaine and mandrax and he will appear at the Randburg Magistrates’ Court on 19 February.
