Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, the spokesperson for the Bramley police, said the woman arrived at her place of residence and her brother had parked his car in front of the garage where she parks her car. “She hooted for attention and her brother came outside, but went back into the house,” explained Maphakela.
After waiting for a long time for the brother to come back outside and move his vehicle, the woman went inside the house and found her brother sleeping in his bedroom. “She asked him to come move his car, but he became aggressive and hit the complainant,” said Maphakela.
He said the brother threatened to kill the woman. The suspect was arrested and is expected to appear in court soon.
