Zuma’s son court case in progress

SANDTON - President Jacob Zuma’s son, Duduzane, is back in court for the closing arguments on the inquest to a fatal accident in Sandton.

Duduzane is considered a suspect in a case for culpable homicide after two passengers died. The State and Duduzane’s defence team presented their closing arguments on 24 November at the Randburg Magistrates’ Court.

Throughout the inquest, the State has been accusing Duduzane of speeding, while his defense maintained that he lost control of his vehicle because of the slippery road.

According to reports, the inquest judgement will be delivered on 11 December.
