Furry friends need a home
SANDTON - The Sandton SPCA needs loving homes for some of their pets this week.

The organisation is appealing to community members to adopt a pet, but advises that adoption will involve a home inspection by the organisation. Additionally, members will have to pay for vaccination, de-worming and sterilisation of the animal, which are all compulsory. The SPCA is looking for homes for the following adorable pets:

Cocoa, an unwanted female Daxi, is described as friendly. Cocoa is three years old and sadly does not get along with other dogs.

Max is another canine in need of a home. Max is a 10-month-old cross Rotti who is very friendly and was found as a stray.

Patches is in need of a loving home after she was found abandoned. She is a four-month-old cross breed female and is described as very sweet.

Another pet in need of a home is Thelma, a friendly two-year-old cross Boerboel female, who was found as a stray.

Kitty is a feline in need of a good home. Kitty is a tabby/white, domestic shorthaired one-year-old male who was found abandoned.

Finally, the SPCA is looking for a loving home for Babe, a black domestic shorthaired female described as very loveable. Babe is two years old and was unwanted.
