Pride comes to Sandton
JOBURG - In breaking with tradition, the Johannesburg Pride will once again take place in Sandton. The popular event, now in its 25th edition, will take place at the Mushroom Park in Sandown on 25 October with the theme being "I am Human".
According to City Buzz, event organisers expressed excitement at hosting the event in Sandton for the second year in a row.
“It is the first time Pride will be held at Mushroom Farm Park and we are thrilled to be hosting the event at this picturesque and perfectly located venue”.
The event will be free to the general public, with tickets to the VIP area being available. Gates will open at 10am and the parade is set to start at 11am.
