Hyde Park High hosts student art exhibition

HYDE PARK - Hyde Park High School held its annual art exhibition in the school hall where students from grades 8 to 12 showcased their talents.

Spokesperson for the school Avril Wright said, “Art pupils at Hyde Park High are encouraged to explore their talents by being exposed to a variety of mediums which range from clay, pastels, fashion design, pencil sketching, oils and photography. Trophies and certificates were awarded to the outstanding artists of 2014.

“The evening provided parents and pupils the opportunity to mingle with the young artists and appreciate their budding talent.”
