Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, spokesperson for Bramley police said the student left his car parked on Pybus Road and went to Sandton City to do some shopping.
He said the student returned after four hours and could not find his car. “The student had his doors locked and windows closed when he left the car,” explained Maphakela. He said the car did not have a tracking device.
“There was a laptop, laptop charger, blankets and clothing worth R9 422 inside the car,” said Maphakela.
The vehicle has not been recovered.
