Self-empowerment class in support of Mandela Day
SANDTON - In support of Mandela Day, a free 67 minutes self-defence empowerment class will take place at the Rivonia Sports Club in Paulshoff on 16 July.
Warren Ho of Defence Unlimited will host the workshop which will educate the participants about the relevance of self-defence psychology, and empower them with effective self-defence techniques.
“This combination of education and empowerment can lead to one leading a more fulfilled, happier and engaged life,” said Ho.
