O’Sullivan suspects appear in court

THE case involving three suspects, who allegedly plotted to kill forensic investigator Paul O’Sullivan and crime intelligence officer Colonel Nkosana “Killer” Ximba, has been postponed to 20 January.

The three appeared briefly in the Alexandra Magistrates Court on 13 January. The two men, aged 33 and 32, and one woman, aged 23, were arrested in Sandton on Thursday last week by a police task team.

The plot was allegedly to be carried out on the orders of Radovan Krejcir, the Czech fugitive currently facing a court case of kidnapping and attempted murder.

The three face charges of conspiracy to commit murder, possession of stolen vehicles and theft.
