YOUNGSTERS partied up a storm for a cause at The Sands venue in Sandton as part of JoziUnite. Andrew Price, one of the organisers of JoziUnite said, “Coca-Cola RockCorps put us into a competition to win tickets for a music concert and as part of the competition we had to complete four hours of community service. Teens that took part in the competition got inspired and decided to come together and plan an under 18 charity event called JoziUnite.” RockCorps is a charity initiative which encourages the youth to make volunteering a part of their lifestyle. Coca-Cola sponsored the drinks for JoziUnite while acts like Liquid Deep, Daniel Baron and Twins on Decks entertained the youngsters. Price said all the proceeds from the tickets sold went to various charities.
