Protest against pet shops
THERE will be an 8th Beauty Without Cruelty protest against pet shops selling animals on 27 October.

The protest will take place outside Mr Pet at the Nicolway Centre in Bryanston.
“This initiative has been gaining momentum, and is supported by several rescue organisations, such as Pets Johannesburg, Pug Rescue South Africa, Barking Mad, Claw and many others,” said Dr Smaragda Louw, animal activist.
“These protests will continue until such time as legislation has been changed to ban the sale of animals from pet shops and online,” she said.
