Had enough of City Power

Another customer fed up with City Power writes:

On 24 June, I visited the Sandton office of City Power and asked to have my electricity meter moved to the outside wall from the inside of my kitchen.

The meter is too high for me to read it.

I paid R4 560 immediately.

To date, after many calls still nothing has been done.

I am a 72-year-old pensioner and don’t drive, so getting anywhere is difficult.

Now the worst is that one struggles to get hold of City Power on the phone.

When you do get through, nobody is ever available for your area.

I am continuously told “you have to come in as this is a call centre”.

All I want to know is what is happening to my application.

City Power, I want my money back with interest.
